We're a small team that's been keeping other people's systems running since 2017.
Northwind Systems started as two engineers who were tired of firefighting and decided to do infrastructure properly: documented, automated, and dull in the best possible way. We've stayed deliberately small so that the people you talk to are the people doing the work.
We don't chase every new tool. We pick technology that will still be maintainable in five years, write it down, and hand over something your own team can own. Most of our clients have been with us for years — which we take as the only metric that really counts.
